Boring the life Out of Her: Trying not to screw things up, guys will (sometimes not even knowing) talk about subjects such as the weather, their work or sports. He’ll kill her with these questions and next time she’ll avoid him completely.
When trying to build a savings, every bit you put it in can help. Instead of dropping by a coffee shop, make your own in the mornings. You could be saving 00 a year with a simple change. You can save money by taking the bus to work instead of driving. You might save a couple hundred a month. All this extra money you spend can add, instead put it towards retirement, or some other investment that will help make you more money. That will help you out a lot more than the store-bought cup of joe.
Plan to inject one positive day per month into your life, create that day ahead of time, and imagine all the things you would do. You will have noticed that I have suggested all this in the language of the laws of attraction. You are not taking a day off because that infers a loss or something that has been taken out. You are ADDING INTO YOUR LIFE an important day once a month. This includes NOT LISTENTING TO Bad news or reading negative reports about the world. This is your creation day!
I have set myself a similar goal, and here’s how I answer the question: I will make an effort every day to build my business so that I can achieve the success I am seeking, and I will not allow any setback or obstacle to deter me from my goal. I know that I will encounter problems along the way, and that there is a solution for every problem I run into. And the good news is that these problems are not as difficult to solve as they seem at first. I will achieve success and every day I’m taking steps to real my goals. I will periodically reassess and reset my goals as needed until my goal is reached, and I will not stop until I have achieved that goal.
As mentioned earlier, if you are terribly busy, you are probably also experiencing a lot of stress. Exercise helps reduce stress, anger and sadness by releasing neurotransmitters called endorphins. This is the exact same way that most antidepressants work, but walking is free and does not require a prescription, which is wonderful if your stress is because you do not have health insurance.
The hardest part of all of it was learning to take those first steps to make it happen, but now I wouldn’t even think twice about it. The awesome thing is, the more you practice, the less worried and more confident you’ll get.
I was watching this new show the other day called “Fashion House” and I could not help but notice the gorgeous actress named Michelle Miller, her real name is Natalie Martinez. Natalie plays a sexy dress designer, who’s going through a stressful divorce. A wealthy young man, who could have any girls he wants, becomes obsessed with Michelle (Natalie). He meets her, she likes him, but she quickly notices that he’s nervous. Natalie asks him “Why are you nervous?” This puts him in a bind, but he says the right thing to her and ends up getting a date with her.
Walking may not be grueling, but it is still hard. If you walk at a decently fast pace up a hill, you are going to get a great workout. And most importantly, you will not have to worry about missing a week of your busy life because you fell off a treadmill at full speed. What does this mean? Walking does not endanger your body like other activities such as running or sports can, unless you walk through a bear sanctuary or next to an icy cliff, which is never a good idea.
